Model notes

Uses OSRS Wiki DPS formulas for melee and a first-pass powered-staff magic path: effective levels, max hit, attack roll, monster defence roll, hit chance, then average damage per attack. Current Inquisitor applies the live mace-scaling crush passive; the updated proposal keeps individual piece passives at 0.5% helm, 1% hauberk, and 1% plateskirt while removing mace/full-set scaling.
